Students driving to school

The following school rules apply regarding students’ cars on the school premises. All students who have a car in the school grounds must abide by these rules and both students and parent must sign their agreement to abide by said rules.

  • All students must park their car in the lower car park – Marsh road entrance

  • The cars can only be driven into and out of school at the start and at the end of a school day

  • No passengers / other students allowed to travel in the car unless there is signed permission from a parent stating their son / daughter is allowed to travel in the car of said student

  • Students with cars may not leave the school during the day – unless by prior arrangement for appointment etc. This information must be on VSware and the student must sign out at the office.

  • Permission is granted on the basis that the driver is fully licensed, insured etc.

  • If a student is attending supervised evening study in the school they must move their car to the upper car park at the end of the school day – Mill road entrance. The same rules apply regarding passengers.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in parking privileges being refused and possible further sanctions in accordance with the school’s code of behaviour.
